Turn on RTO Shield and Smart Address, confirm risky COD orders, and respond to NDR quickly.
How do I create a return pickup?
Open the order and choose Create Return, or share your branded returns page with customers.
How long does a return take?
Typically the same time as a forward shipment on that lane after pickup.
