Shipping Policy

Service areas, pickups, delivery times, weight rules and delivery attempts.

Effective 1 November 2026 Version 1.0

1. Service areas

We deliver to serviceable pincodes shown on the Pincode Check page. Serviceability can change.

2. Pickup

Pickups happen in the chosen slot on working days (Monday to Saturday). Keep the parcel packed, labelled and ready, with the invoice if the goods are for sale.

3. Delivery times

Times shown are estimates for standard conditions and exclude the day of pickup, Sundays and public holidays unless stated.

4. Weight and size

Charged on the higher of actual or volumetric weight (L × B × H cm ÷ 5000). We may re-weigh at hubs. Maximum size and weight per parcel: the size shown at booking, the limit shown at booking.

5. Delivery attempts

We make up to a set number of delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the receiver can ask for a reattempt or address change. After the final attempt the parcel is returned to the sender (RTO) and RTO charges apply.

6. Address changes

Allowed before the parcel is out for delivery, where the new address is serviceable. A fee or revised ETA may apply.

7. Proof of delivery

OTP, signature or photo, as applicable.

8. E-way bill and invoices

Goods worth above the legal threshold need an e-way bill. The consignor is responsible for correct documents.

9. Delays and force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural events, strikes, road closures, government orders or network outages.

10. International

Customs duties, taxes and clearance rules of the destination country apply. The sender or receiver pays as chosen at booking.
