- Live animals, plants and perishable foods that spoil in transit
- Counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods
- Obscene or unlawful printed or digital material
- Radioactive, toxic, corrosive or infectious materials
- Flammable liquids and gases, compressed gas cylinders
- Any item restricted by Indian law, the destination state or country
Accepted only with conditions

| Food, packaged and shelf-stable | Sealed, labelled, with valid FSSAI details for sellers |
| Alcohol and tobacco | Not accepted unless law and our partners permit it for that route |
| Documents and original certificates | Declared as documents, recommended insurance |
