How weight is charged
Charged on the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight (L × B × H in cm ÷ 5000).
A 40 × 30 × 20 cm box that weighs 3 kg has a volumetric weight of 40 × 30 × 20 ÷ 5000 = 4.8 kg, so it is charged as 5 kg. Pack in the smallest box that protects the item.
