How is shipping cost calculated?
By pickup and delivery zone and the higher of actual or volumetric weight. Try the Rate Calculator for an exact estimate.
What is volumetric weight?
Length × Breadth × Height (cm) ÷ 5000. Large light parcels are charged on this number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallet balance. Business accounts can use invoice billing after approval.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. It appears in Billing after each shipment or billing cycle.
What if I was charged extra weight?
Open Weight Disputes in your dashboard and review the photo proof. We refund if the charge was wrong.
